Raw Law 101: The Difference between the 1st and 5th Amendments

Just recently I was APPALLED by the ”KNOWLEDGE” someone CLAIMED TO POSSESS. It’s an EMBARRASSMENT to have someone that you KNOW SO WELL CONSTANTLY want to keep you down and keep trying to embarrass you, but ends up embarrassing BOTH OF US!

Now I PERSONALLY know a lot about being an EMBARRASSMENT to myself and others for the MANY uncivilized things I’ve done, and I’m TRYING to sincerely repent and make amends, but the more I’m willing to change, the more others are willing to stay the same!

But I’m committed 100% to righting these wrongs I’ve done to others, no matter what it takes or how long it takes!

Now according to the U.S. Constitution Bill of Rights, Amendment-V (5th) states:
”No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Amendment-I (1st) states:
”Congress shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion, or PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE THEREOF; OR THE ABRIDGING THE FREEDOM OF SPEECH, or of the press; or the right of people peaceably assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances”

Class Dismissed!
