New Personal Fitness Feature

숙녀 & Gentlemen what’s going on?!

I have noticed in today’s world health and fitness play a big role in our society. Among prisoners, personal fitness is also a major component of life. 나를 위해, it’s definitely survival of the fittest, so I take working out SERIOUS. I would like to share with you some workouts to improve your body and health. But let’s be mindful that our minds are equally important. One of the most important aspects of becoming and remaining fit is DISCIPLINE. The body carries out orders of the mind. For the youngstas who wish to get their weight up, the women looking for flat abs or the older guys searching for physical definition, commitment and consistency are key.

In this new Personal Fitness category on Live from Lockdown I plan to help you get where you are trying to be. 나는, along with other prisoners, will highlight daily workouts, suitable workouts to target specific muscles and body parts, as well as certain dietary needs. This is NO gimmick. Here there will be NO endorsements of pump-you-up supplements or how to get ripped in 6 days schemes. This is all work! Let’s get to it!
