A megoldás

No matter how much praying you do or crying you do. You can call Jesus and whoever else you were taught to rely on. Time stops for no one. This wasted time behind prison walls is too precious to continue to waste it.

Brothers get out of prison and do nothing with themselves, partly because they do not take full advantage of free opportunity. Maybe they cannot see through the miserable plight of prison life. Maybe it’s the isolation and abandonment by their loved ones, culminating with the sometimes total lack of contact and communication with the outside world. It all is a paralysis to mental forward motion. Who knows, but I have a few ways that I look at this whole ebb and flow of prisoners in and out of prison.

I say that some people continue to go back out and come back in with the same excuses and after a while it seems like brothers plan on losing and even expect it. While they are in prison and their minds are clear, they can say all the right words and seem to be ready for the world. But they haven’t been tested. That right there is the problem because brothers plan but do not plan with reality in mind.

Once a prisoner is released he/she is a tainted citizen. It’s already hard for high school and college graduates and people who have credentials on their resumes to find employment, so imagine the ex-prisoner, convicted murderer ( who may be fully and firmly redeemed), but still a convict, a robber or drug dealer, seeking employment in the unemployment lines with hardworking citizens who have no taint on their records.

It is really hard. That shouldn’t stop a man or a woman who is recently released and burdened by the promises to their family that they will try harder to do the right thing and stay the course. But if you wasted all your time in prison fighting, smoking, joking, and just jailing, akkor, you are not going to be ready. The world isn’t ready for you, and you aren’t ready for the world. But the world can go on without you, as you learn when in prison watching months and years roll on by. Children who were babies when you left have grown into men and women. That is a reality check for you right there.

So why waste time? Why help a person like this waste time? People who are riding with these people in prison have to start demanding progress on a daily basis, while they are in prison. Brothers and sisters have absolutely nothing else to do in prison but learn.

The outside world has to stop abandoning family members in prison. That bitterness becomes hatred and anger and every form of rehabilitation on behalf of the prisoner is clouded and distorted by redirected and internalized negative feelings and thoughts of everyone they feel has crossed them and left them for the dead.

It has to be a mutual process of rebuilding the family structure with the incarcerated individual spending their time making themselves the best they can be with communication with the outside world and the comfort of family to soothe a prisoner’s anxiety and give the prisoner something positive to fight for and believe ina reason to work harder and not become another statistic in prison’s revolving door.

If you are already in touch with someone you know in prison, don’t give up on them. Help them help themselves, so that they can return and ultimately help family, community and society.

America, on a basic level, mainly in the hoods, is lacking that family perspective. People are living in hatred and fear of one another. All of these mentally-disturbed ex-prisoners who need many forms of healing are roaming the streets raping and abusing the helpless citizens, primarily the children, our young girls and boys. Akkor, the hood-dwelling delinquent, like I was, sees the hood as a place to have no respect for and shoots, loots and pollutes it at will and thinks nothing of it. They’re accidentally shooting people’s children and just going on about their business. The police cannot stop this. If they could, why haven’t they so far?

The solution has to be found in interaction, not protesting, marching and tough-talking. The solution can be found simply by engaging the very people who are the culprits at their most vulnerable time…a börtönben.

I know this is hard to fathom for the person whose loved one was murdered by someone in prison, as well as other harsh things that were done to crime victims by people in prison. De, in reality, many people come back to society and they are likely to continue their activities in some form if they are not exposed to some form of humanity, what I call human-intervention. Egyébként, the prisoner will not only continue to waste their time plotting vengeance in the most sadistic ways, but they then return to society and attack the easiest victims.

We have to stop assuming the system is here to fix our problems. It is not and was never built for that. We the people have to address our own community and social problems and not assume they can be locked away and it all goes away. Time has proven that process doesn’t work.
