Food for Thought

You gotta watch what you put into your body. Even though food is essential, every item of food is not good for you. You have your good carbs, and your bad carbs. You have foods that contribute to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and diabetes. A health-conscious person exercises and eats the proper food to sustain his or her health. Those who could care less about their health eat themselves into obesity and other complications that could result in death.

Now to make sense of it all, I used the food analogy to explain our intake of information and knowledge. In that sense, watch what you feed your brain. Everything we see, including on social media, contributes to the way we view situations. Fill your brain with all the great things life has to offer. A great mind produces great things.

The next time you are shopping for food (information) make sure it is essential and beneficial to your growth and development. With that said, let’s prepare and feast off all the good the world has to offer.
