#DearMrPresident Investigate Corrupt Law Enforcement

Dear President Obama,

It is understandable that all crime must be brought to justice, but when law enforcement becomes the criminal element justice can never be served, no matter the outcome of a criminal matter/case. It is a known fact that many in all branches of law enforcement, including that United States Judiciary have been engaged in a conspiracy to deprive African Americans of their Civil Liberties, their constitutional rights and their human rights.

Recently, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has been investigating the corruption and racist practices of some who work inside of various police departments in urban communities throughout our country. Some seemed surprised by their findings. With the advent of social media there is really no escape for those in law enforcement who practice bad policing, lie, and then try to cover it up. It is great that the FBI is involved in bringing to justice those in law enforcement who are corrupt, commit atrocious acts against any Americans, but particularly African Americans, denying us our life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That is long overdue.

However, the FBI has agents working in it that are also corrupt and unethical who have participated in all kinds of criminal acts; and in the name of bringing crime to justice, committed criminal acts themselves. Of course it isn’t all, and I do not suggest that; but one is one too many.

I AM sure that you now know, and there is numerous evidence to date to support the fact that the war of drugs has had and is having a devastating affect on, and lead to the mass incarceration of African Americans. Especially as it relates to those of us who are incarcerated in the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Solution: Issue an Executive Order Appointing a team of lawyers and civilians to investigate all Federal cases, particularly federal cases where the RICO Act and CCE [Continuing Criminal Enterprise] and Conspiracy are involved to see if there was any corruption by the FBI and other agencies in those cases. Where corruption is found, don’t ignore it, deal with it, and free all those who have been convicted in the Federal Court due to FBI wrong doing and the administration of justice based on race. THE STRUGGLE CONTINUES!

Sincerely and Respectfully,
Tommy D. Edelin, now known as M.D. Menes, #01206-748
